As the Chief Executive Officer of Bodsons Global Services Limited, Bode is responsible for all facets of Information Technology at Bodsons Global Services Limited. Bode has a proven executive management track record with years of experience in driving service delivery and sales growth both in technology consulting and services.

Prior to becoming the Chief Executive Officer of Bodsons Global Services Limited, Bode started his professional career with Ernst & Young, where he worked as Information Technology Officer. He left Ernst & Young to join Computacenter UK as a Network Engineer, working on client sites for Barclays Capital Services Limited; Cable & Wireless UK

Bode has over 22 years of Information Technology experience in both the private and public sector. He has gained experience in the financial services, insurance, manufacturing, consultancy, aerospace, construction, and IT sectors.

He has worked for major blue chip client and international organisations including Reuters, Hewlett Packard, Trans World International (TWI), AkzoNobel, Computacenter, Acorn Computers, Cybertech Europe and Local Government Authorities in both client and contractor roles. These positions span the globe to include Ireland, France, Belgium and the UK.

With a background in International Technology and project management consultancy, Bode also sits on the board of various companies. As well as being the CEO of Bodsons Global Service Limited, he is also a Director at Ademak Global Consulting.He sits on the Board of Trustees of The House of Wells, a charity organisation that touches the hearts and lives of countless orphaned, abandoned and vulnerable children in poverty-ravaged communities in Africa and the UK.

Bode holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from University of Staffordshire, a Master’s degree in International & European Law from University of Liverpool. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional , PRINCE2® Project Management Certified by the APMG International Accrediting Professionals and a graduate of Siebel University.

Bode is a football enthusiast  and a passionate Arsenal supporter, a season ticket holder of Arsenal Football Club.

Florence  Oluwatoyin  Oyebola

Managing Director  & Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs

Toyin Oyebola a Managing Director & the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Bodsons Global Services Limited. She is also a senior partner at Connect Law UK.

Toyin deals with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters for both public and private enterprises. Her particular areas of specialism include mergers and acquisitions, company start-ups, joint ventures, corporate finance, commercial and residential property acquisitions and a broad range of commercial contracts. She assists clients in relation to a wide range of intellectual property rights, including patents, designs, copyright and trademarks. She has particular interest in intellectual property rights and is a consultant in property law.

Having graduated in 1991 from the University of Staffordshire with an honours degree in law (LL.B) and a Masters degree (LL.M) in Maritime and Commercial Law from the University of Cardiff in 1992, Toyin was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1994. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. After her youth service and two years working for Unity Chambers in Abuja, she proceeded to United Kingdom and qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 1999.

She gained her early experience working for various reputable law firms, becoming a partner in 2003 and within a short period becoming a senior and managing partner. She has earned a reputation as a “people person” and she is well-known for her ability to get to the heart of the matter by breaking down complex legal problems into simpler, more manageable entities. Her proactive, down-to-earth approach allows her to quickly identify and resolve existing issues while anticipating possible future problems. This ensures that clients’ objectives are accomplished in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Toyin has demonstrated a unique blend of expertise in her role as a managing director at Bodsons Global Services Limited and also her ability to bring a different and broader perspective to our legal team and dealing with legal matters.

Toyin has a track record of contributing to the overall growth strategy of Bodsons Global Services Limited. She has proven ability to ensure first class delivery to our clientele, and experience of working on large projects. She has developed a business understanding with different accomplishments in contract management and procurement.

Toyin is married and a mother of four lovely children. One of her passions is giving back to the community and she gives her time to charity events and work. She is very active in volunteering with various committees, groups and societies. In her spare time, Toyin enjoys mountain biking with her family, travelling, playing squash and watching documentaries on human achievement and justice.

Stephen Oluwafemi Oyedeji

Senior Technical Consultant

Femi is a senior technical consultant at Bodsons Global Services Limited. He is an electrical/electronic engineer with 12 years’ experience in the industry. His area of expertise includes engineering design solutions, project management and planning.

At Bodsons Global Services, Femi is responsible for the project management and design of our Solar Energy projects and its infrastructures and strategies. He provides engineering design solutions for a wide variety of our projects within our technical team. He is also a senior member of the Project Board at Bodsons Global Services and his engagement on Bodsons Global Services projects stems from the initiation stage through to the delivery stage. Femi has the ability to manage multiple projects

Femi’s engineering consulting work extends from building management system & controls, palletised product conveyance and security screening, including airport baggage to solar energy system design & deployment, national electrical grid balancing and oil & safety systems. His ability to resolve complex technical challenges is achieved through his creative approach to technology, thereby embracing the latest technologies to improve performance and sustainability.

As a project planner, he is able to balance our client’s aspirations and stakeholder’s expectations with innovative technology engineering and his project management skills.

Femi also sits on the board as directors of various companies, notably, Meltore Global Venture Limited. His experience spans across various sectors including Aviation, Oil & Gas, Rail, Solar Energy & Security.

Femi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from University of Westminster and is an Associate Member of the European Energy Commission having been awarded the prestigious Galileo Master Certificate  & Solar Expert Certificate.

He is a PRINCE2® Project Management Practitioner Certified by the APMG International Accrediting Professionals.

Femi is happily married with three lovely children. In his spare time, Femi enjoys playing tennis, bass guitar & piano.

Steve Arthur Gorrick

Head of Operations & Business Development

Steve has over 25 years of experience in technology and business development.

At Bodsons Global Services, Steve is responsible for ensuring high level and consistent delivery of all operational process and systems related to all business activities.He is tasked with the overall operational management & delivery of all services, with continuous improvement and evolution of our business processes both strategically and operationally to meet international standards and compliance with best practices.

One of Steve’s key achievements is leading and developing key initiatives to drive our improved customer relationship management service. He implemented new system changes and technology developments thus impacting our business activities vis-à-vis stakeholders’ engagement as part of the transformation programme at Bodsons Global Services.

Prior to joining Bodsons Global Services, Steve spent several years in Silicon Valley working for industry leading software companies, where he oversaw and implemented long-term strategies for business and product development.

Steve holds a BSc in Maths from Keele University, as well as an MBA from Manchester Business School.

Steve is married with two children. In his free time, Steve loves being outdoors kayaking, surfing and mountaineering.

Sharon Louise Forbes

Human Resources Manager

Sharon brings over 20 years of experience in large global hi-tech organisations as a Human Resources Manager. She has business partnership experience with senior executives and is recognised for her success in leading organisational development in global processes with a strong multi-culture mindset.

Prior to joining Bodsons Global Services, Sharon served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Dekuch Limited, where she was responsible for building and creating the company’s global Human Resources strategy and managing every employee’s life cycle – from on boarding to retirement. Sharon was a member of the executive team and reported directly to the CEO.

At Bodsons Global Services, Sharon has been involved in several human resources strategy and organisational management and processes, as well as establishing our Human Resources trainings. Sharon has gained her skills as a Human Resources expert in various industries. She played an integral role in setting up our Human Resources Department at Bodsons Global Services and oversees the recruitment & training of staffs.

Sharon holds a B.A Hons in Psychology and a MSc. in Human Resources Management – both from Liverpool University. She is married and has two dogs and a cat. Sharon loves playing Golf and participating in Marathons.

Elizabeth Eniang Offiong

Senior Executive Assistant

Elizabeth provides full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Directors to ensure the smooth operational and administrative management.

Elizabeth supports the Board of Directors and Project Board through corporate governance. She is responsible for the training and professional development of other Executive Assistants.

Prior to joining Bodsons Global Services, Elizabeth worked as a Press Summary Writer at Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation and a Researcher and Interview Editor at Government Achievement Magazine. She is also a Correspondent Consultant at Abuja Inquirer.

At Bodsons Global Services she is tasked with monitoring of projects and conducting research, diary management, planning and organising meetings, taking action points and writing minutes, preliminary drafting of correspondence and liaising with clients competently.

Elizabeth has demonstrated evidence of her ability to work independently and with a high level of autonomy, such as representing senior management at meetings and events.

Elizabeth holds a B.A Hons in Linguistics & Communication Studies from University of Calabar.

In her spare time Elizabeth enjoys literature, attending Exhibitions and learning about different cultures.
